  20.    The menu items available are:

  22.    1) by Average      - Prints   LADIES and  MEMS averages,  seperated  by
  23.                         gender, from HIGHEST to LOWEST.
  24.  
  25.    2) by TEAM         - Prints  bowler  averages  grouped  by  team,  from
  26.                         HIGHEST to LOWEST and provide a total team average.

  28.    3) by NAME         - Prints  LADIES and MENS  averages,  alphabetically,
  29.                         seperated by gender.

  31.    4) Bowler Database - Prints the  entire contents of the Bowler database,
  32.                         sorted alphabetically by LAST and FIRST Names. Each
  33.                         field  will  be  printed  horizontally  so  that an
  34.                         entire record will appear on a single line.

  36.    5) Team Database   - Prints  the entire  contents of  the Team Database,
  37.                         sorted alphabetically by Team Name. Each field will
  38.                         be  printed horizontally  so that  an entire record
